Hi Ashleigh,

I've been carrying this vision in my heart for the past couple of years, but seeing that image of you and me together made everything become crystal clear.

For the first time, I could truly see what W.H. STEINER could become. It wasn't simply a podcast or a marketing idea. I saw a place where families could come to feel heard, respected, educated, and guided by two professionals whose first priority is serving people with integrity.

Millions of people willingly spend time listening to trusted voices because they are looking for clarity, confidence, and someone who genuinely cares about helping them make important decisions. I believe we have an opportunity to create something truly special. Something built not around personalities, but around authentic conversations, meaningful education, and real stories that inspire trust.

What convinced me wasn't just the image itself. It was remembering our Zoom conversation, the way we communicated, the respect we showed one another, and the natural energy we shared. Seeing that reflected in the image allowed me to envision something much bigger than I had imagined before.

This isn't something we need to do tomorrow. I'd rather build it thoughtfully, intentionally, and with excellence. Let's make it part of our strategy discussion on Friday. I'll share a more detailed blueprint for what I believe can become an important part of the W.H. STEINER legacy.

People don't simply want financial strategies. They want someone who will listen. They want to feel respected. They want honest guidance from professionals they can trust. I believe we can create that experience, and if we remain faithful to that purpose, everything else will grow naturally.

I truly believe we're capable of building something meaningful, lasting, and unlike anything else in our profession.
