My life has always
been about
moving forward.

My life has been shaped by family, service, hard work, and the belief that there is always another chapter waiting to be written.

I built my career as a Traveling Radiation Therapist, treating patients with both malignant and benign tumors. My work has taken me to different cities, unfamiliar places, long days, and into the lives of people facing some of their most difficult moments.

Caring for others has taught me the importance of compassion, patience, and simply being present when someone needs you.

Along the way, I have learned that success isn’t simply measured by what we accomplish, but by the lives we touch and the difference we make.

I am proud of the life I have built. But I am equally excited about the life still ahead of me.

Today, I think differently about my future. I think about the experiences I still want to have, the people I still want to help, and most of all, the example and opportunities I want to leave for my granddaughter.

My story isn’t finished. I’m still writing it.

Some careers are chosen.

Others become part of who you are.

For Sy Gresham, caring for others has never simply been a profession. It has been a responsibility, a calling, and one of the defining threads of her life. Working with people facing serious illness taught her lessons that extended far beyond her profession.

She learned to listen.

She learned to remain steady when someone else was afraid.

She learned that sometimes the smallest act of kindness becomes the moment another person remembers.

Somewhere along the way, caring for others stopped being simply something Sy did.

It became part of who she is.

Today, when Sy looks back, she doesn’t simply see the places she has worked or the miles she has traveled. She sees people. Relationships. Moments. Lives that crossed hers and left something behind. That is the life she built. And it is also the foundation for what she wants to leave behind.

The life I built
was never meant
to end with me.

When I think about legacy, I don’t begin with money.

I begin with family. I think about my granddaughter. I think about the woman she will become, the opportunities I want her to have, and the things I hope she will remember about me.

I want her to know that the life she begins with was shaped, in some small way, by the life I chose to live.

Everything I have learned about working, caring for others, persevering, and continuing forward has changed the way I think about what it means to leave something behind.

I cannot choose every chapter of her life.

But I can make choices today that may give her greater opportunity tomorrow.

Legacy, to me, is giving someone I love a stronger place to begin.

For years, I had
retirement accounts.
What I didn’t have
was a plan.

As a Traveling Radiation Therapist, every new assignment often meant a new employer and another retirement account. Over the years, I accumulated four separate 401(k)s. They represented years of work and savings, but I never knew what I should do with them. There was plenty of information. What I didn't have was clarity.

That changed when I met William Steiner and W.H. STEINER.

For the first time, the conversation began with my story, not a product. We looked at what I had built, what I wanted from retirement, and what mattered to me going forward.

Ultimately, my four retirement accounts were consolidated into one annuity strategy, bringing what I had accumulated into one coordinated retirement plan.

Four accounts became one strategy.

Confusion became clarity.

I didn’t need more information. I needed someone to make it clear.

For years, I had statements, numbers, choices, and opinions. The more information I received, the harder it became to know what was right for me.

My experience with William Steiner was different.

He didn’t begin with charts, statistics, or financial terminology.

He began with me.

He asked about my career, my family, my granddaughter, what I had already built, and what I wanted for the future.

Then he listened.

W.H. STEINER created two plans for me, one for my granddaughter and one for my own future.

They didn’t feel like financial presentations.

They felt like journeys.

Each milestone made the decisions easier to understand. For the first time, I could see how the pieces connected and why they mattered to my life.

By the end, William didn’t have to convince me.

I understood my plan. My answer was yes.

TWO PATHS. ONE PURPOSE.

One for my granddaughter.

One for me.

After meeting W.H. STEINER, I made two important decisions about my financial future. For my granddaughter, I started a 702s Plan Framework a wealth-building strategy designed to give her an early foundation and greater opportunity for the years ahead.

For myself, I chose wealth transfer. The four 401(k) accounts I had accumulated throughout my career were consolidated into one annuity strategy designed to support my retirement and provide supplemental income.

These were not the same plan.

They were two distinct paths, created for two different stages of life.

WEALTH BUILDING

For my granddaughter. Starting early. Building for tomorrow. Creating opportunity for the next generation.

WEALTH TRANSFER

For me. Bringing four 401(k)s together into one retirement strategy designed to provide supplemental income.

Two generations. Two strategies. One intention.

Every person has a story

worth understanding.

Sharing my story isn’t about telling someone else what they should do.

It’s simply about sharing what I learned.

If someone I care about has questions about their future, their family, retirement, an old 401(k), or what they hope to leave behind, I want them to know there is a place where the conversation can begin with them.

That’s what happened for me.

I was given the opportunity to understand my choices, ask my questions, and make my own decisions about what was right for me and my family.

That is why I am comfortable introducing William to you.

Maybe it's time for someone

to hear your story.
